About Us
we are obsessed with helping you glow
Built for women who are done with conflicting advice, 47-step routines, and wellness that feels unattainable.
Our Story
The Glowup HQ was born out of frustration.
Skincare aisles are overwhelming. Fitness advice is contradictory. Wellness content is either too perfect to be real or too vague to be useful. We wanted to build something different: one beautiful, trustworthy space where women could get clear, science-backed guidance on their skin, their bodies, their habits, and their style.
No gimmicks. No unrealistic standards. Just real, useful guidance from people who genuinely care.
What makes us different
Science-backed, not trend-chasing
We follow the research, not the algorithm. Every recommendation is grounded in evidence, and we will always tell you when the science is unclear or contested.
Built for real women
Not the 5am green juice version of wellness. The real, messy, trying-her-best version. Wellness that survives a chaotic week and does not require a perfect life to work.
Honest always
We disclose our affiliate relationships. We do not recommend things we do not believe in. We will tell you when something is overhyped and when the cheaper option is just as good.
Our Promise
Five things we commit to, always
We will never recommend something we do not genuinely believe in
We will always disclose when content is sponsored or contains affiliate links
We will always make our advice age-appropriate and safe
We will never promote diet culture, unrealistic body standards, or harmful wellness trends
We will always tell you to see a doctor when something is beyond our scope
Editorial Standards
Every piece of content published on The Glowup HQ is reviewed for accuracy before going live. Skincare advice is grounded in cosmetic science. Nutrition guidance follows established dietary guidelines. Fitness content is designed to be safe and sustainable. When the science is unclear or contested, we say so.
Our AI coach is a tool, not a replacement for professional advice. We always recommend consulting a qualified healthcare professional for medical concerns.
